Established fan sales in 1990- In 1995, appointed Maico agent for Republic of Ireland
- In 1997, moved to Park Road Industrial Estate
- In 1998, appointed Dynair agent for Republic of Ireland
- In 1999, commenced manufacturing of spiral duct
- In 2000, commenced distributing ATC duct, flexible duct, accessories, spiro accessories, grills, and other contractor components
- In 2002, moved to new manfacturing and storage facility at Waterford Industrial Estate
- In 2005, appointed agents in Ireland for ATC air conditioning
- In 2006, relaunched website
